They have like 4 to 5 cars waiting in line outside of their driveway and everyone who goes inside only stays for like ten minutes.

Hmm…well maybe try going to a bookstore or arcade or something and strike up a convo with someone? Or try making friends with coworkers and stuff. There is a decent amount of people in Youngstown. :)
